מסמך משפטי מקהיר, מתוארך לסוף תמוז ה'תקל"ז (1777 לסה"נ), שבו מנחם אבזראדיל (אבזראדיל) עורך סידורים בנוגע ל-7 1/3 הקיראטים שבבעלותו ב"דיואן אל-בהאר" — חכירת מסי המכס העות'מאנית על סחר התבלינים. הוא מוותר על כל זכויותיו בנכס זה, וקובע כי הוא יחולק בין נכדיו יוסף ומנחם — בניה של בתו המנוחה ואלמנהּ ע'ליבי ישעיה — לבין שתי בנותיו הנותרות בחיים, חביבה ולאה. יוסף ומנחם יקבלו 2.5 קיראטים כל אחד, חביבה תקבל 1 1/3 קיראטים, ולאה תקבל קיראט אחד. בין החתומים על המסמך: בנימין רווח (כעד), מנחם אבזראדיל עצמו (כצד משפטי המביע את הסכמתו), ודוד נונס (כעד).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document from Cairo, dated 1777 CE (end of Tamuz 5537 AM) in which Menaḥem Abzaradel (אבזראדיל) makes arrangements for his 7 1/3 qirats that are in the "dīwān al-bahār" (an Ottoman customs tax farm for trade in spices). He renounces all right over it. It is to be divided between his grandsons Yosef and Menaḥem (the sons of his deceased daughter and her widower Ghulaybī Yeshaʿyah) and his two living daughters, Ḥabībah and Leah. Yosef and Menaḥem each get 2.5 qirats, Ḥabībah gets 1 1/3, and Leah gets 1. Witnesses include Binyamīn Revaḥ (as witness), Menaḥem Abzaradel (as a consenting legal party), and David Nunes (as witness).
