מכתב בעברית ששלח שמואל בן שלמה מלוסנה שבספרד אל הנגיד מבורך בן סעדיה, ובו הוא מבקש את עזרתו. על פי שורת התארים והכינויים שמייחס הכותב לנגיד מבורך, ניתן לתארך את המכתב לתקופה שלאחר 1094, השנה שבה שב מבורך לכהן במשרתו, וקרוב לוודאי לשלהי תקופת כהונתו (ראו טבלת תאריו של מבורך אצל מארק כהן). המידע מבוסס על כרטיסיות גויטיין.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Hebrew letter, sent by Shemuel b. Shelomo of Lucena, Spain, to the Nagid Mevorakh b. Saadya requesting assistance.
