מכתב הממוען אל "הפרנסים". מקוטע (פינה ימנית עליונה חסרה). כתוב בסגנון עברי מליצי ורם. מוזכרים בו שמות כגון ישועה, אברהם ונתנאל. סביר להניח שהמכתב נשלח על ידי גאון ארץ-ישראלי, ואולי במיוחד אברהם ב"ר שלמה ב"ר יהודה. ניתן להשוות למכתב נוסף משנת 1029 לערך בקירוב.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter addressed to "the Parnasim." Fragmentary (upper right corner). In elevated Hebrew style. Mentions names such as Yeshuʿa, Avraham, and Netanel. This letter is probably from a Palestinian Gaon, perhaps specifically Avraham b. Shelomo b. Yehuda. Compare Bodl. MS heb. c 28/15 from ca. 1029 CE.
