מכתב הממוען לנגיד מבורך, ובו תלונות על אי-סדרים וחוסר יעילות בניהול בית הכנסת של העיראקים בפוסטאט. הכותב מלין במיוחד על השמש (החזן/שמש בית הכנסת) ועל התנהלותו. המכתב מתוארך לסביבות שנת 1105. ראו גם את המסמך הקשור (PGPID 6175).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter addressed to the Nagid Mevorakh about irregularities and inefficiency in the administration of the synagogue of the Iraqians in Fustat.
