ספר הודו א, 4-5: הליכי בית דין העוסקים במחלוקת בין יוסף הלבדי, סוחר הודו, וחזקיאל ב. משה, 'נציג הסוחרים' בפוסטאט. לאחר חמישה חודשים, בית הדין בפוסטאט כונס מחדש לדיון בתביעה שהחלה בספר הודו א, 1-2 (PGPID 5388). ככל הנראה שני הצדדים המתינו להגעת סחורתם מעדן, אך כאשר לא הגיעה, ההליכים המשפטיים נמשכו. המסמך כתוב בכתב ידו של הלל ב. אלי וחתום על ידי יצחק ב. שמואל ואברהם ב. שמעיה חבר, צאצא הגאון. מתוארך 8 באפריל 1098. המסמך מתחיל בחצי התחתון של CUL Add.3421v (IB I, 4) וממשיך ב-Bodl. Princeton Geniza Project description: IB I, 4–5. Court proceedings dealing with the dispute between Yosef ha-Lebdi the India trader, and Yequtiʾel b. Moshe, 'the representative of merchants' in Fustat. After five months, the court in Fustat reconvened to discuss the litigation begun in India Book I, 1-2 (PGPID 5388). Apparently the two sides waited for their merchandise to arrive from Aden, but when it failed to arrive, the legal proceedings were continued. The document is written in the hand of Hillel b. Eli and signed by Yiṣḥaq b. Shemu'el and Avraham b. Shema'ya Haver, descendant of the Gaon. Dated April 8, 1098. The document begins with the lower half of CUL Add.3421v (IB I, 4) and continues in Bodl. MS heb. d 66/64v (IB I, 5). The upper half of CUL Add.3421v is I, 2 in the India Book (PGPID 5388).
