רקטו וורסו: טיוטה של מסמך משפטי. אבו סעד הלוי מתחייב לספק לאביו הזקן שמואל מזון ומשקה וכן את הכסף לתשלום מס הג'זיה (מס הגולגולת), שכן אביו נסע רבות בענייני מסחר והיה תשוש מכדי לעבוד באופן סדיר. הקטע מכיל גם מסמך משפטי נוסף שאינו קשור לעניין, המתוארך לשנת 1232 לסה"נ (ראו רשומה נפרדת). המידע מבוסס על גויטיין, "החברה הים-תיכונית", כרך 5, עמ' 122–123, ועל כרטיסיותיו.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Recto and verso: Draft of a legal document. Abu Saʿd al-Levi undertakes to provide his elderly father Shemuel with food and drink and the money for the capitation tax, since his father had traveled widely on business and was too exhausted for regular work.
