דף מתוך פנקס בית דין, המכיל ארבע רשומות שונות המתוארכות לחודשי ניסן וסיוון של שנת 1409 למניין שטרות (אביב 1098). בצד שמאל של דף ב', נמשך לצד ימין של דף א' ומסתיים בחלק העליון השמאלי של דף ב', מופיע שטר בית דין הנוגע לרכישת סידור. בין הצדדים המעורבים (שורה 1) מוזכרים אבו אלפצ'ל בן אלעסאל ואבן אללואז שר שלום בן יכין החזן. על השטר חתומים יצחק בן שמואל, אברהם בן שמעיה, ונסים בן נהראי — שלושת דיינים שפעלו בחתימה על מסמכים בראשית המאה ה-12 בפוסטאט. Princeton Geniza Project description: A leaf from a court register. Contains four different entries, dated to Nissan and Sivan 1409 Sel. (Spring 1098 CE). On left hand of Verso, and continues to right side of Recto and then concludes on top left side of Verso, is a court document concerning a Siddur that was purchased. Persons named as concerned (line 1) are Abu Fadl b. al-Assal and Ibn al-Lawwaz Sar Shalom b. Yakhin the cantor. Signed by Yiṣḥaq b. Shemuel, Avraham b Shema'ya, and Nissim b. Nahray, who were active, signing documents, at the beginning of the 12th century in Fustat. (Information from Goitein's index cards).
