רשומה משפטית (מס' 30) בפנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר. מתוארכת לכ' בסיוון [ה'שכ"ב], על פי השנה הנזכרת בעמוד הקודם של הרשומות. הרישום נערך בביתו של שמואל דיין, בנוכחות יהודה הרופא ושלמה פיירוז, וכן בנוכחות חברי הקהילה הממונים על ניהול נכסי ההקדש הקהילתי (ממונים). המקרה עוסק באדם בשם עבד אלמג'ית בן אהרן הכהן, שמפנה נכס שבו התגורר "מעל דאר אלח'אזן" — ככל הנראה בית הכנסת שברובע הקראי בקהיר. חלק ממילות המפתח אבודות בשל נזק למסמך, אך נראה שחלק משכר הדירה של הבית שעבד אלמג'ית מפנה טרם שולם (2 ג'ודד זהב). כמו כן הוא נשבע בנוגע לאפשרות להתגורר עם אמו, שכנראה מתגוררת בבית שניתן לה מן ההקדש הקהילתי (שו' 25). עבד אלמג'ית מעיד כי לא יגור בבית אמו כל ימי חייה (אנה מא [..]מה סאכן פי בית אמה טול מה הי תעיש).

Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#30) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 11r of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Dated 20 Sivan [5322 AM], based on the year mentioned on the previous page of entries. The entry was recorded in the home of Shemuʾel Dayyan in the presence of Yehuda ha-Rofe and Shelomo Feyruz, as well as members of the community overseeing the management of properties in the communal qodesh (ממונים). The case deals with a certain ʿAbd al-Mejīt b. Aharon al-Kohen, who is vacating a property in which he had been living "over Dār al-Khāzin," likely the synagogue in the Karaite neighborhood of Cairo. Some of the keywords are lost to damage but it seems that a portion of the rent is still unpaid (2 gold judad) on the house ʿAbd al-Mejīt is vacating. He also takes an oath regarding the possibility of living with his mother, who probably resides in a house given to her from the communal qodesh (l. 25). ʿAbd al-Mejīt testifies that he will not live in his mother's house while she is alive (אנה מא [..]מה סאכן פי בית אמה טול מה הי תעיש).
