רישום משפטי (מס' 33) בפנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר (בדפים 12א–12ב). מתוארך לי"ג בחשוון ה'שכ"ב (אוקטובר 1561). שטר אירוסין בין הכלה, שהייתה נשואה בעבר, זנדיה(?) (זנדיה) בת יהודה הלוי, לבין החתן שמואל בן יחיאל. במסמך ישנם תיקונים רבים של הסופר, וסעיף התנאים הוא מהמפורטים ביותר בשטרי אירוסין קראיים מן העת החדשה המוקדמת: הגבלות על צריכת היין של החתן, איסור עליו לבקר בביתו של בעלה הקודם של אשתו, ועוד תנאים שונים לנישואין.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#33) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 12r-v of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Dated 13 Heshvan 5322 AM (October 1561 CE). Betrothal deed between the previously married bride, Zindiya(?) (זנדיה) bt. Yahuda ha-Levi, and groom Shemuʾel b. Yeḥiʾyel. There are many scribal revisions and the conditions section is among the most detailed for early modern Karaite betrothal documents: limits on the groom's wine consumption, he is barred from visiting the house of his wife's ex-husband, among other conditions for the marriage.
