רשומה משפטית (#106) בפנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר (בדף 35r של Yevr.-Arab. I 328). מתוארכת ל[כ"ז כסלו ה'שכ"ו] (1565), עם אותו תאריך/שנה כמו הרשומה הקודמת באותו דף — הסכם גירושין קשור בין אותם בני הזוג לשעבר. ברשומה זו, אברהים בן יהודה הרופא מעיד כי לכל ימי חייו לא ישא בשנית את גרושתו צ'ארה(?) בת עבד אל-מקצור הכהן, אותה גירש באותו יום. Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#106) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 35r of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Dated [27 Kislev 5326 AM] (1565), with the date/year listed as the same from the previous entry on the same folio– a related divorce agreement between the same ex-spouses. In this record, Ibrahīm b. Yehuda ha-Rofe testifies that for the rest of his life he will never remarry his ex-wife Ḍara(?) bt. ʿAbd al-Maqṣūr al-Kohen, whom he had divorced that same day. MCD.
