Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#127) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 41v of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Dated: 2 Elul [5329 AM] (1569 CE), with the scribe implying that the year is the same as the preceding entry (סנה תאר׳). Brief and possibly incomplete record reporting that Hārūn b. Shemuʾel al-Fūlādī married Khaṣṣ bt. ʿAbd al-Jaffār al-Fūlādī. The bride is listed as a minor (קאצר/قاصر). The witnesses to the marriage are Shelomo ha-Rofe and Yosef b. ʿAbd al-Daʾīm al-Levi al-Qudsī. The subsequent entry (#128) on the same page lays out conditions for the couple's marriage. MCD.
