בצד הגב: פקודת תשלום בכתב ידו של אברהם מימוני. החזן אבו אלמג'ד מתבקש למסור 5 דרהמים לכהן מסוים, ככל הנראה כהחזר על סכום ששולם לחזן העיוור. המילה הבאה תועתקה כ"תספיר" (כריכת ספרים?), ובתיאור קודם נטען כי 5 הדרהמים יועדו להוצאות נסיעה (ספר), אך אין ודאות שהקריאה הזו נכונה. המסמך מורכב מפקודות תשלום קצרות בכתב יד, חלקן בעברית וחלקן בכתב ערבי, עבור תשלומים חודשיים שיש להוציא מהכנסות שכר הדירה של ההקדש (וקף) "חצר העניים" או של ההקדש שייסד הרופא אלמהד'ב. כל הפקודות הנושאות תאריך הן מאביב וקיץ שנת 1218. בתיאוריו של גויטיין מיוחס המסמך לטווח השנים 1210–1225, וכן עוסק בו כהן בספרו על העוני והצדקה בקהילה היהודית במצרים בימי הביניים.

Princeton Geniza Project description: Verso: Autograph order in the hand of Avraham Maimonides. The cantor Abū l-Majd is to give 5 dirhams to a certain Kohen, apparently as reimbursement for what was paid to the blind cantor. The next word has been transcribed as תספיר (bookbinding?) and a previous description said that the 5 dirhams were for travel (ספר) expenses, but it's not clear this word has been read correctly. T-S K25.240 consists of small written orders, partly in Hebrew and partly in Arabic script, for monthly payments, made out of the rent-revenue from the pious foundation (waqf) 'Compound of the Poor' or from the pious foundation made by the physician al-Muhadhdhab. All dated orders are from spring and summer, 1218.
