רקטו (שימוש משני): פקודת תשלום בכתב ידו של אברהם בן הרמב"ם (כיהן בשנים 1205–1237). בערבית-יהודית. אבו אלמג'ד מתבקש למסור למוביל הפקודה, שהוא בנאי, 3.5 (דרהמים?) עבור עבודה בסמטת הירושלמים (דרב אלמקאדסה). המסמך כולל אוסף של פקודות תשלום קטנות, חלקן בכתב עברי וחלקן בכתב ערבי, עבור תשלומים חודשיים שמומנו מהכנסות השכירות של ההקדש (וקף) "חצר העניים" או מן ההקדש שהקים הרופא אלמהד'ב. כל הפקודות הנושאות תאריך הן מאביב וקיץ שנת 1218. לפי גויטיין, רוב הפקודות מתוארכות בין השנים 1210–1225. נושא הצדקה והפקדונות הקהילתיים נדון בהרחבה גם אצל כהן בספרו על עוני וצדקה בקהילה היהודית של מצרים בימי הביניים.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Recto (secondary use): Autograph order in the hand of Avraham Maimonides (r. 1205–1237 CE). In Judaeo-Arabic. Abū l-Majd is to give the bearer, a builder, 3.5 (dirhams?) for work on the lane of the Jerusalemites (darb al-Maqādisa). T-S K25.240 consists of small written orders, partly in Hebrew and partly in Arabic script, for monthly payments, made out of the rent-revenue from the pious foundation (waqf) 'Compound of the Poor' or from the pious foundation made by the physician al-Muhadhdhab. All dated orders are from spring and summer, 1218.
