ורסו: הוראת תשלום בכתב ידו של אברהם בן הרמב"ם (כיהן בשנים 1237-1205). אבו אלמג'ד מתבקש לתת לחזן אבו אלחסן (האם זהו ידותון הלוי?) תשעה דרהמים. המסמך הוא חלק מאוסף של הוראות תשלום קצרות, חלקן בכתב עברי וחלקן בכתב ערבי, עבור תשלומים חודשיים שהוצאו מהכנסות שכר הדירה של ההקדש "חצר העניים" (חצר אלמסאכין) או מן ההקדש שייסד הרופא אלמהד'ב. כל ההוראות הנושאות תאריך הן מאביב וקיץ שנת 1218. המידע מבוסס על "החברה הים-תיכונית" של גויטיין (כרך ב', עמ' 421-420, נספח A 92-48; עמ' 450-449, נספח B 39ב, מתוארך לשנים 1225-1210), ועל ספרו של כהן על העוני והצדקה בקהילה היהודית במצרים של ימי הביניים (עמ' 220-218).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Verso: Autograph order from Avraham Maimonides (r. 1205–1237 CE). Abū l-Majd is to give the cantor Abū l-Ḥasan (=Yedutun ha-Levi?) 9 dirhams. T-S K25.240 consists of small written orders, partly in Hebrew and partly in Arabic script, for monthly payments, made out of the rent-revenue from the pious foundation (waqf) 'Compound of the Poor' or from the pious foundation made by the physician al-Muhadhdhab. All dated orders are from spring and summer, 1218.
