ורסו: הוראת תשלום בכתב ידו של אברהם בן הרמב"ם (כיהן 1205–1237 לספירה), בערבית-יהודית. אבו אלמג'ד מתבקש לתת לשליחו של החבר יחזקאל 13 דירהם, בנוסף למה שהוציא על ספרים. המסמך הוא חלק מאוסף הוראות תשלום קצרות בכתב יד, חלקן באותיות עבריות וחלקן באותיות ערביות, עבור תשלומים חודשיים שנעשו מתוך הכנסות השכירות של ההקדש "חצר העניים" (ידוע גם כ"דאר אלמסאכין"), או מתוך ההקדש שייסד הרופא אלמהד'ב. כל ההוראות הנושאות תאריך הן מאביב ומקיץ שנת 1218.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Recto: Autograph order in the hand of Avraham Maimonides (r. 1205–1237 CE). In Judaeo-Arabic. Abū l-Majd is to give to the messenger of the ḥaver Yeḥezqel 13 dirhams in addition to what he expended on books. T-S K25.240 consists of small written orders, partly in Hebrew and partly in Arabic script, for monthly payments, made out of the rent-revenue from the pious foundation (waqf) 'Compound of the Poor' or from the pious foundation made by the physician al-Muhadhdhab. All dated orders are from spring and summer, 1218.
