פרוטוקול דיון בבית הדין בפוסטאט בעניין הסכסוך שבין יוסף הלבדי, סוחר ההודו, לבין יקותיאל בן משה, "נציג הסוחרים" (וכיל אלתג'אר) בפוסטאט. ישיבת הבוקר של יום שני זה התקיימה בהמשך ישיר לישיבה שנערכה ביום חמישי הקודם (המתועדת במסמך אחר באותו תיק). בישיבה הנוכחית הושלמה חקירתו של יוסף הלבדי. המסמך כתוב בכתב ידו של הלל בן עלי. מתוארך ליום שני, ח' באייר א'ת"ט לשטרות, הוא 12 באפריל 1098 לספירה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: IB I, 6–7. Court proceedings dealing with the dispute between Yosef ha-Lebdi the India trader, and Yequtiʾel b. Moshe, 'the representative of merchants' in Fustat. This Monday morning session of the Fustat court followed immediately that of document no. I, 4-5 which was held on the preceding Thursday. In this session the questioning of Yosef Lebdi was concluded. The document is written in the hand of Hillel b. Eli. Dated: Monday, 8 Iyyar 1409 Seleucid, which is 12 April 1098 CE.
