מכתב קצר מהדיין נתן בן שלמה הכהן אל בן דודו וגיסו טוביה בן עלי הכהן. כתוב בערבית-יהודית. עוסק בעיקר ברכישת שולחן לפסח ובשתי וייבּוֹת של חיטה. מוזכרים בו אנשים שונים, בהם אבו אלפרג', אבו צאלח, וכן "סיידנא" (אדוננו) בקהיר, אחותו של הנמען השולחת נשיקה לידו ולעיני אבו אלמעאלי ולעיני אמו, וכן הבאת מכתב באמצעות בו אלחסן בן ע'ליב. Mainly concerning the purchasing of a table for Passover and two waybas of wheat. Mentions people including Abū l-Faraj, Abū Ṣāliḥ, 'sayyidnā' in Cairo, the addressee's sister who kisses his hand and the eyes of Abū l-Maʿālī and the eyes of his mother, and the sending of a letter with Bū l-Ḥasan b.
