תזכיר מסחרי. אחד הקטעים נפתח במילים "תד׳כרה ועמל...". זמן החיבור: ככל הנראה המאה ה-11 או ה-12. שני חתיכות קלף נתפרו יחדיו (החוט עדיין שמור במקומו). מוזכרים מצרכים כגון שמן וכוחל, אך מעט פרטים נשתמרו. צדו האחורי של המסמך ריק.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Mercantile memorandum. One section begins "tadhkira wa-ʿamal...." Dating: Probably 11th or 12th century. Two pieces of parchment have been stitched together (the thread is still preserved). Mentions goods such as oil and kohl, but few details are preserved. Verso is blank.
