רשומה מבית דין בכתב ידו של הלל בן עלי (פעיל בשנים 1066–1108 לסה"נ). המקום: פוסטאט. התיארוך: 1097–1108 לסה"נ, על בסיס שנות פעילותו של הסופר ועל בסיס העובדה שהמסמך כולל העתק של מסמך משפטי קודם שתאריכו יום שני, כ"ט באב א'ת"ח לשטרות (אוגוסט 1097 לסה"נ). הרשומה נערכה תחת סמכותו של הנגיד מבורך בן סעדיה. עניינה בהסדר הכספי שבין אבו עלי יפת בן אברהם (הנושא את התואר "תפארת הקהל") לבין אבו יעקוב יקותיאל בן משה הרופא (הנושא את התואר "פקיד הסוחרים") לאחר מותו של יאיר הדיין, אחיו של יפת. לפי משה יגור, שני מסמכים נוספים עוסקים באותו עניין ויתכן שהם מצטרפים זה לזה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Court record in the hand of Hillel b. ʿEli (fl. 1066–1108 CE). Location: Fustat. Dating: 1097–1108 CE, based on the scribe's active dates and the fact that it contains a copy of an earlier legal document which was dated Monday, 29 Av 1408 Seleucid (August 1097 CE). Under the authority of the Nagid Mevorakh b. Saʿadya. Concerns the financial settling between Abū ʿAlī Yefet b. Avraham (Yefet is titled Tifʾeret ha-Qahal) and Abū Yaʿqūb Yequtiʾel b. Moshe ha-Rofe (Yequtiʾel is titled Paqid ha-Soḥarim) after the death of Yefet's brother Yaʾir the judge. ENA NS 48.7 and ENA 4010.17 concern the same case (possible join?).
