מכתב הממוען לנגיד, ובו דיווח על עניינים שונים בקהילה וקובלנה על מצבה הכללי הירוד. בין היתר מוזכרים אנשים כגון עבדאללה ויוסף ע'נים. התיארוך משוער למאות הי"ג–ט"ו. הכותב מתלונן באופן ספציפי על ההידרדרות והחורבן של בתים וחנויות השייכים לקהילה, על הפסקת שיעורי הלימוד למבוגרים בבית הכנסת, ועל פרטים רבים נוספים הנוגעים למצב הקהילה.

Mentions individuals such as ʿAbdallah and Yosef Ghunaym. Dating: ca. 13th–15th century. Complaining specifically about the decay of houses and shops belonging to the community, the cessation of adult classes in the synagogue, and many other details.
