פיסת נייר קטנה ובה כשתי מילים בכתב ערבי. הפריט הוא חלק מאוסף של פתקים קטנים ובהם הוראות תשלום, חלקן בעברית וחלקן בכתב ערבי, לתשלומים חודשיים מתוך הכנסות השכירות של ההקדש (וקף) "חצר העניים", או מתוך ההקדש שהקים הרופא אלמהד'ב. כל ההוראות הנושאות תאריך הן מאביב וקיץ 1218. לפי גויטיין, מדובר במכלול של אישורי תשלום שנמסרו לנזקקים בקהילה היהודית של פוסטאט, והם משמשים מקור חשוב להכרת מערכי הצדקה והרווחה הקהילתית. ראו גם דיון אצל כהן בספרו על עוני וצדקה בקהילה היהודית במצרים של ימי הביניים.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Small scrap with ~2 words of Arabic script. T-S K25.240 consists of small written orders, partly in Hebrew and partly in Arabic script, for monthly payments, made out of the rent-revenue from the pious foundation (waqf) 'Compound of the Poor' or from the pious foundation made by the physician al-Muhadhdhab. All dated orders are from spring and summer, 1218.
