שטר מכירה של שפחה. התיעוד מתוארך, ככל הנראה על פי כתב היד, למחצית השנייה של המאה ה-11 או לראשית המאה ה-12. מדובר או בנוסח הסופי של המסמך או בטיוטה נוספת של אותו שטר המופיע במסמך מקביל. המוכר הוא צדקה בן משה הלוי, והקונה הוא יוסף בן שלמה. שמה של השפחה הנמכרת הוא תופיק, ומחיר המכירה שנקבע הוא 25 דינרים.
