מכתב מאת אבו זכרי הכהן, השוהה בעדן, ככל הנראה אל אבן יג'ו, השוהה בהודו. מדובר בקטע שממנו השתמרו רק השוליים. במכתב מוזכרים מס המכס (מכּס), פריטים שונים הנשלחים אל הנמען, וכן חדשות מעדן — שלפי הכתוב שורר בה כעת שקט, אך הייתה בה לאחרונה פעילות צבאית. המידע מבוסס על התעתיק וההערות של גויטיין, ראו נספחים.
Princeton Geniza Project description: IB V, 7. Letter from Abū Zikrī Kohen, in Aden, probably to Ibn Yijū, in India. Fragment, preserving the margins only. Mentions the customs tax (maks), various items that are being sent, and the news of Aden (peaceful now, but there was recent military activity).
