Dating: Ottoman-era, based on hand and layout and vocabulary ('after the arrival of the basha... kiss the hands of Muḥammad effendi for me...'). Dealing with business matters, mentions Indian coral (marjān al-hind), and lead (raṣāṣ). Needs examination.
