רישומי בית דין ופנקסאות בכתב ידו של הדיין נתן בן שמואל. אחד הרישומים בצד האחורי מתוארך לתשרי א'תנ"ה לשטרות (1143 לסה"נ). הרישומים כוללים אינוונטר עיזבון של אבו אל-ברכאת אבן אל-שראבי (ובכלל זה ספרייה גדולה מאוד הכוללת 200 קודקסים כרוכים), תשלום של חוב, הוראה לחייב את קופת הקהילה ב-75 דרהם, ומכירת בית. גיל ערך אחד הרישומים — תיעוד תשלום לאמיר, סביב שנת 1143. שני תשלומים בחיטה המגיעים למפקד הצבא (אמיר) חצן אל-דולה מוסדרים באמצעות הקודש; החשבון רשום בקצרה בין שאר רישומי בית הדין. תיאור קודם של המסמך ייחס לו בטעות את הכותרת "טיוטה גסה של הסכם בין בני זוג, בכתב ידו של הלל בן עלי".
Princeton Geniza Project description: Court records and notes in the hand of the judge Natan b. Shemuel. Dated in one entry on the verso as Tishrei 1455 Seleucid (1143 CE). Entries include the estate inventory of Abū l-Barakāt Ibn al-Sharābī (including a huge library containing 200 bound codices), payment of a debt, an instruction to charge the community fund with 75 dirhams, and the sale of a house. Two payments in wheat, due the army commander (amir) Hiṣn al-Dawla, are effected through the qodesh; the account is briefly recorded among other records of the court. A previous PGP description erroneously called this "Rough draft of an agreement between spouses, in the hand of Hillel b. Eli."
