מכתב מסחרי מאת משה בן יעקב, השוהה בתטאי (בדלתא של מצרים), אל שותפו יוסף בן דוד בן שעיא בפוסטאט. כתוב בערבית-יהודית, עם כתובת המוען בכתב ערבי. תיארוך: מרץ 1054. המכתב מתאר את עסקיו של הכותב ועניינים מסחריים שונים. נוסח המכתב מופיע גם כתמונת ראי, כתוצאה מקיפול הדף בעודו רטוב מדיו (השווה למקרה דומה במסמך אחר). המידע מבוסס על גיל ועל כרטסת גויטיין.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Mercantile letter from Moshe b. Yaʿaqov, in Tatai (in the Egyptian Delta) to his partner, Yosef b. David b. Shaʿya in Fustat. In Judaeo-Arabic with the address in Arabic script. Dating: March 1054 CE. Describing his business dealings. The letter mirror-image text from being folded when the ink was wet (cf. CUL Or.1080 J75).
