שריד של מסמך מדינתי, כתוב ברווחים גדולים בין השורות. ככל הנראה מדובר בצו או גזירה. נשתמרו ראשי ארבע שורות בלבד. ייתכן שהטקסט מזכיר אינדיגו (אלניל) וכן חקירה או בדיקה של עניין כלשהו (אלתפתיש ען). הקלף נוצל מחדש לכתיבת פיוט עברי משני צדדיו, בידי סופר שכתב ידו נראית מוכרת מן האשכול הגדול של מסמכי מדינה ממוחזרים מתקופת אלאפצ'ל (ראשית המאה ה-12).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Fragment of a state document. Wide line spacing. Likely a decree. The beginnings of four lines are preserved. May refer to indigo (al-nīl) and investigating something (al-taftīsh ʿan). Reused for Hebrew piyyuṭ on both sides by a scribe whose hand seems familiar from the large cluster of reused state documents under al-Afḍal (early 12th century).
