שתי עדויות חוזרות בנוגע לסכסוך מסחרי שהתרחש באלכסנדריה. בפרשה מעורבים יחזקאל, ח'לף בן יוסף, אבו עלי, ואבו אלחסן המנוח. הסכסוך הובא תחילה לפני בית הדין המקומי בראשות שלה בן מבשר, ולאחר שלא הצליח להגיע להכרעה, הועבר התיק לפוסטאט. פרוטוקול בית הדין כתוב בכתב ידו של אברהם בן נתן, אב בית הדין של כל ישראל, ומתוארך לסביבות שנת 1100 (על פי פרנקל). אך ייתכן שהמסמך נכתב למעשה בכתב ידו של הלל בן עלי.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Two repeated testimonies regarding a commercial dispute which took place in Alexandria. Involves Yeḥezqel; Khalaf b. Yosef; Abū ʿAlī; and the late Abū l-Ḥasan. The dispute was first brought before the local court of Shela b. Mevasser. After he was unable to reach a decision, the case was forwarded to Fustat. The court record is written in the hand of Avraham b. Natan, the President of the Court of All Israel (Heb. Av beit Din shel kol Israel) and is dated around the year 1100. (Information from Frenkel.)
