ארבעה רישומי בית דין מפוסטאט, אוגוסט–ספטמבר 1132. רישום א': תלונה, ולאחריה חזרה ממנה, בנוגע למטען של כמון שהופקד בידי נציג הסוחרים. רישום ב': סיום שותפות של מוכרי בשמים ורופאים. רישום ג': הסכם שבו נתן בן שמואל מתחייב לדאוג לאישה זקנה ולסדר את קבורתה, וזאת כנגד מתנה שנתנה לו. רישום ד': פתק בעניין שידוכין. יש לציין כי בפרסומיו של גויטיין (כולל "חברה ים-תיכונית" כרך ה' ובמאמר ב"קרית ספר") השמורה מצוינת תחת סימון אחר.

Record A: Complaint, followed by retraction thereof, about a load of caraway deposited with a representative of the merchants. Record B: Conclusion of a partnership of perfume sellers and doctors. Record C: An agreement in which Natan b. Shemuel promises to take care of an old woman and to arrange her burial as opposed to the gift she gave him. Record D: A note regarding shiddukhin.
