מכתב בערבית-יהודית, ככל הנראה בעניין ביצוע צוואה. במכתב מוזכרים "אנשי מצרים ואנשי [...], וביניהם [...]", ולאחר מכן מופיעה רשימה ארוכה של שמות, ובהם ישמעאל בן צדקה אלגַ'רְבִּי(?), אבו אלעלאא אלבגדאדי, צדקה בן מוהוב ומרזוק אלרמלי. המכתב מתייחס לחובות המגיעים או שאינם מגיעים ("אין לי אצל איש מהם אפילו פרוטה אחת"); לסכום של 6 וחצי דינרים; לאופן שבו השולח שילם 2 ו-1/6 דינרים בנוכחות הזקנים, ונותרו 4 ו-1/3 דינרים; לכך שחסון בן סלימאן תבע את הפיקדון הזה של 4 ו-1/3 דינרים; לכך שהשולח חקר ובירר ומצא שהיה לו אח ברמלה ויורש או יורשים חוקיים; וכיצד הנמען (מולאי אלחזאן אלג'ליל — אדוני החזן הנכבד) יוכל לדאוג להעברת הכסף.

Mentions "the people of Egypt and the people of [...], among them [...]," followed by a list of numerous names, including Ismāʿīl b. Ṣadaqa al-Gharbī(?), Abū l-ʿAlāʾ al-Baghdādī, Ṣadaqa b. Mawhūb, and Marzūq al-Ramlī. Refers to debts owed or not owed ("I am not owed even a penny by any of them"); a sum of 6 1/2 dinars; how the sender paid 2 1/6 dinars in the presence of the elders, leaving 4 1/3 dinars; how Ḥassūn b. Sulaymān demanded this deposit of 4 1/3 dinars; how the sender investigated and found out that he had a brother in al-Ramla and a rightful heir or heirs; and how the addressee (mawlāy al-ḥazzan al-jalīl) might arrange to have the money delivered.
