ורסו (שימוש מקורי): טיוטה של מסמך משפטי בעברית, מקהיר, מתוארך לא' בתמוז ה'תצ"ד (1734). אברהם דילמאר (דילמאר) משכיר נכס (עלייה) ליהושע הכהן לתקופה של שנה אחת. מיקום הנכס מתואר ביחס לבתים שבבעלות ראש משמרה יהודה מדינה. דמי השכירות עבור כל שנים-עשר החודשים הם 11 זינג'ירלי. ישועה משלם 6 זינג'ירלי מראש. נראה כי יתרת 5 הזינג'ירלי תשולם בשני תשלומים של 2 פינדיקלי (2 פינדיקלי = 2.5 זינג'ירלי). בהמשך מופיעים תנאים נוספים. אין על המסמך חתימות עדים, והוא מסומן במחיקה באמצעות ארבעה קווים אנכיים. הסופר השתמש בספרות הערביות "2" ו-"3" כדי לסמן תיקונים בהערות סיום המופיעות מתחת לגוף המסמך. רקטו (שימוש משני): מסמך משפטי, אולי טיוטה. התיארוך הוא זמן קצר לפני או אחרי 1734, על בסיס תיאור הוורסו. המסמך עוסק בשותפות בין יעקב מזרחי בן דוד מסלוניקי ובין בנימין בן אסטרוגו מסלוניקי. המיזם העסקי המשותף הוא ייצוא רופאס (=בגדים, בלאדינו) מרשיד ומאלכסנדריה לאיזמיר. ברקטו מצוין כי המסמך נכתב בקהיר (שורות 26, 34). המטבע הנזכר: פינדיקלי. דרוש עיון נוסף.

Princeton Geniza Project description: Verso (original use): Legal document, draft. In Hebrew. Location: Cairo. Dated: 1 Tammuz 5494 AM, which is 1734 CE. Avraham Delmar (דילמאר) leases a property (an ʿaliya) to Yeshuʿa ha-Kohen. Period of lease: 1 year. The location of the property is described in relation to the houses owned by Rosh Mishmarah Yehuda Medina. The rent for the entire 12 months is 11 zincirlis. Yeshuʿa pays 6 zincirlis in advance. It seems that the remaining 5 zincirlis will be paid in two installments of 2 findiklis (2 findikli = 2.5 zincirli). There follow further conditions. There are no witness signatures and the document is crossed out with four vertical lines. The scribe used the Arabic numerals "2" and "3" to indicate endnote revisions that appear below the body of the document. Recto (secondary use): Legal document, perhaps a draft. Dating: Not long before or after 1734 CE, based on the dating of recto. Involving a partnership between Yaʿaqov Mizraḥi b. David of Salonika and Binyamin b. Astrugo of Salonika. The joint business venture is the export of רופאס (=clothing, in Ladino) from Rashīd and Alexandria to Izmir. The recto mentions that the document was recorded in Cairo (ll. 26, 34).
