מכתב מטוביה בן עלי הכהן (ככל הנראה מבלביס שבמצרים התחתונה) אל בן דודו וגיסו, הדיין נתן בן שלמה הכהן בפוסטאט, מן המאה ה-12. טוביהו בן עלי שולח עשר דוגמיות משני סוגי יין, ומבקש מנתן בן שלמה להציג אותן בפני סוחר יין יהודי במטרה לסגור עסקה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter from Ṭoviyya b. ʿEli ha-Kohen (likely in Bilbays, Lower Egypt) to his cousin and brother-in-law, the judge Natan b. Shelomo ha-Kohen (Fustat), 12th century. Ṭuviyahu b. ʿEli sends ten samples of two qualities of wine, asking Nathan b. Shelomo to offer them to a Jewish wine seller in order to make a deal.
