טיוטת עתירה הממוענת לאלמלכ אלעאדל (הוא הוזיר אבן אלסלאר), בכתב ידו של נתן בן שלמה הכהן, ובה בקשה שישחרר את עיזבונו של הסוחר היהודי אבו אלפצ'אא'ל בן בקאא, אשר נחתם שלא כדין על ידי מתולי אלמעונה (הממונה על המעונה) בפוסטאט. התיארוך הוא בקירוב 1150–1151 לסה"נ. למעשה, כתב היד נראה כשייך לנציג הסוחרים אבו זכרי כהן. הסוחר המנוח אבו אלפצ'אא'ל בן בקאא מופיע גם במכתב של מח'לוף בן מוסא, ולכן ייתכן שאבו אלפצ'אא'ל עצמו היה סוחר הודו, או למצער עמד בקשרים עסקיים עם סוחרי הודו.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Petition, draft, addressed to al-Malik al-ʿĀdil (aka the vizier Ibn al-Salār), in the handwriting of Natan b. Shelomo ha-Kohen, asking that he release the estate of the Jewish merchant Abū l-Faḍāʾil b. Baqāʾ, which had been illegally sealed by the Mutawalli al-Maʿūna in Fustat. Dating: ca. 1150–51 CE. In fact the handwriting seems to be that of the representative of the merchants Abū Zikrī Kohen. The dead merchant Abū l-Fadāʾil b. Baqāʾ appears also in T-S AS 219.129 = T-S AS 219.131, a letter of Makhlūf b. Mūsā, so Abū l-Faḍāʾil may have been an India trader himself, or at least he did business with them. ASE
